Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-06

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WM Management System™ (the “Service”) provided by WM Systems Ltd (“WeldMaster”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Ireland. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

1. The Service

WeldMaster is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service application for welding and structural fabrication QA/QC recordkeeping. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

2. Accounts & access

Access requires authentication through your identity provider and a role granted by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

4. Customer data & ownership

As between the parties, your organisation owns the data it enters or imports (“Customer Data”). You grant us the rights needed to host and process Customer Data to provide the Service (including document extraction). We process Customer Data on your behalf in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability & support

We aim to keep the Service available and to provide support, but the Service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless stated in a separate agreement.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and pricing agreed with you. Billing cycle, taxes, renewal, and any refund terms are as set out in your order or agreement with us.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks (“WM Management System”™), is owned by WeldMaster and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

WeldMaster is a recordkeeping tool and does not replace your engineering judgement, inspection obligations, or applicable codes and standards. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeldMaster will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable agreement. On termination, we will make Customer Data available for export for a limited period, then delete it in line with our retention policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.

12. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Questions: contact your organisation's administrator, or raise a request through the in-app support channel (“Report a problem”) in the Service.
